Joseph joined Michael Halebian & Co. in 2001. He began his career in the flooring industry in 1971 as a union installer, followed by nine years as a contractor representative for Meola Flooring Supply. He gained the perspective of another side of the industry while a project manager for a large commercial flooring contractor. His years in the industry have allowed him to make major contributions to our company, to mentor fellow coworkers and to always impress our clients. He continues to grow his territory, thoughtfully giving credit to our specifier team and management team, plus what he describes as the best customer service staff in the industry.
