Castalia Sanchez joined Halebian in February 2025 as Human Resources Manager, bringing more than 20 years of HR management experience from her time at Columbia University. Her background, along with experience in the landscaping and site construction industry, has prepared her to lead the full range of human resources functions, including recruiting, employee relations, benefits, and company policies and practices. At Halebian, Castalia is passionate about creating a positive workplace culture and supporting employees at every stage of their careers. Guided by her philosophy of “Transforming Workplaces, One Person at a Time” and “Cultivating a Culture of Growth is When Changes Happen,” she is committed to fostering an environment where people and the organization can thrive. Outside of work, Castalia enjoys hiking, working out, bike riding, playing sports such as flag football and softball, cooking, reading, and spending time with her family—especially her granddaughter.
