Aidan joined Michael Halebian & Co. in 2016 in a sales role. Now he is our first CRM manager, overseeing the use of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 sales automation system. He trains the sales staff and architectural specifiers to use the system to its fullest capabilities in their day-to-day routines. Among other responsibilities, Aidan sets the parameters to pull leads from the Dodge Pipeline system to identify new opportunities, including editing the interface to generate reports for each team member. He strategically compiles and analyzes information that benefits both our sales team and our customers.
