Robert Fortier joined Halebian in April 2026, bringing nearly 30 years of experience in the flooring industry. His extensive background includes 11 years working at the flooring contractor level in project management and estimating, as well as experience with leading flooring manufacturers including Forbo Flooring Systems and J+J Flooring Group. In his role at Halebian, Robert focuses on developing strong relationships with end users and flooring contractors while driving growth and increasing revenue. He takes pride in developing successful territories and looks forward to growing the business at Halebian. Guided by his philosophy to “always go above and beyond the norm,” Robert brings a dedicated, relationship-focused approach to his work. Outside of the office, he enjoys cycling, golf, and staying active through fitness.
