Tom Luby joined Halebian in 2025 as a Business Development Representative, bringing 25 years of experience in the building materials and construction industry. His extensive background in sales leadership has shaped his customer-first approach, allowing him to build strategic, trusted, and long-term partnerships. At MHCO, Tom works closely with architects, designers, contractors, and owners, serving as a trusted resource and providing high-impact solutions throughout the commercial sales process. He looks forward to bringing his positive attitude, strong presentation skills, industry expertise, and customer-focused mindset to the Halebian team. Outside of work, Tom enjoys spending time with family and friends, watching and playing sports, and supporting UConn basketball.
